Top Hung Over Fixed Pane
- The slimmest and most cost-effective RunThru horn option
- Looks similar to traditional vertical sliding windows
- Not suitable for fire escape under Part B regulations
Option 2
RunThru Horn Over Tilt and Turn (Inward Opening)
- Top hung sash offers secure night-time ventilation
- Bottom sash tilts in for air flow and turns in for easy cleaning
- Can be used for escape if the opening is at least 450mm in one direction and 0.33m² overall
Option 3
Full Tilt and Turn with Dummy Sashes (Updated 2025)
- Ideal for those who prefer the look of a top opener over fixed pane
- Includes fully opening tilt and turn sash with dummy sash and RunThru horns
- Complies with Part B and gives the appearance of a traditional layout
- Keep in mind: Width should not exceed 1.5 times the height
